I understand that submitting this form means that I am registered but not confirmed for this trip. I know that the trip is limited to only 18 registrants and that I need to wait to receive confirmation from the Trip Team that my spot has been secured before booking my flight. I agree that once I am notified that I'm confirmed for the trip, my payment of $500 will be non-refundable.

Italy 2025 Deposit

This is a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot for the 2025 Italy Pilgrimage. If you sign up after the 18 spots have been filled, we will notify you and refund you in full.

Once we have confirmed that you have a spot on the trip, your next payments will be due as follows:

50% of balance due by Sept 28th
The remaining balance is due by Nov 28th

We will send you an electronic invoice for each of these payments.
